This policy refers to bookings made directly with our property via phone or email and does not refer to bookings paid via online services.

Deposit taken at time of booking
If cancellation occurs more then 7 days from reserved date, deposit is kept on our books for use within 6 months.
All cancellations within 7 days of reserved date will forfeit the deposit
All cancellations within 2 days of reserve date will be liable for the total tariff.
